Question eclipse 95 gs OBD II CODE U0E3F

Hello amigos,...someone knows what's this code means U0E3F, i went to autozone for check the engine light and this is one of the codes i got from the scanner, this code only can be tell by the dealership. The other codes are P0300 and P0422, about the last code i'm not sure if this is for the catalytic converter or for the O2 sensor at the back or behind the cat. i thing this is cause by the multiple cylinder misfire detected, not sure, any ideas. i'm working in the P0300. so please if somebody know what's U0E3F means?

Could this be code for vehicle ID? What engine,tranny models do you have?

p0300 is (random/multiple cylinder misfire detceted) and p0422 is(main catalyst efficiency below thereshold - bank 1)
