Is A 1990 Ford Timing Belt

iS A 1990 FORD A NON INTERFERENCE MOTOR, WHERE IF THE TIMING BELT BREAKS IT WONT CAUSE NO DAMMAGE,ITS A 1990 1.9 LITER tHANK YOU MARK M.

Yeah, it's non interference. What model do you have, anyway? I have an LX, and it came with notched pistons. Car came with a poorly mounted head (good thing it was fine), and about 5 cogs out of time....no bent valves.
