Stock RB26DETT should be 8,000 rpm. And one of the best things is when tuned properly, I've seen them run with a 10,000rpm redline.

Well, I was shooting high. But, It was sleep time, last minute answer. I say it wasn't too bad, only a 1000 rpms off?
 10k? Really? And it runs fine in the long run? No major cracks?

Factory rev cut is 8,200 rpms. That is the same for all the GTR's. Red line starts at 7,500 rpms.

Well it was kinda related to somethin cuz he is gettin a S14 with a rb26dett swaped into it, the motor is stock except for the exhust and a intake, sorry for my horrible spellin i was never the hottest spark plug in the engine

Yeah. but the Rb26 is still a deadly engine, even stock. a shame the skyline ways like 3000 pounds (I think)

well that s14 wights alot less than the skyline so he will pretty much kick ass around here, most of the cars are civic or integras they are nothin, but there is an old skool mach 1 and a supra and the vice principal has a kick ass old skool camaro but other then those cars he will pretty much kick ass with the stock rb26

Too true. I mean, there are a few mentionables, but who wants to race something that A) Looks like crap
B) performs like crap C) is crap? lol, Alot of the guys over here are Tegs with body kits. But I know a Japanese lady who works at my school's daycare (K-8, with it's own daycare  ) who has 2 kids, and an impreza wagon that hauls ass. So, ya never know, might run into something worth mentioning.
