The mother of all weird noises!!

This is the third time I hear this noise and its driving me nuts. It only happens when its wet outside. When I come to a complete stop, I'll hear a noise like a roaring/vibration noise from under the car (I think), kinda sounds like when a car with a bad muffler or a motorcycle passes by you. It lasts maybe 7 seconds if that and happens after the car has come to a complete stop. Its only has happened 3 times in the last week and a half and either after it rained(wet roads) or after I washed it.....Any help greatly appreciated....maybe I should call the Ghostbusters?

Check ABS system. When wet, they turn on to prevent skidding, makes a bunch of electric motor type noises, and your brake pedal moves down and feels like it jambs against your foot sometimes.
