Question '96 Firebird Formula, V8

The right side headlight will not come up when the headlights are turned on. Fuses seem to be fine. The actuator motor will run up and down if powered from a unique 12 volt source. Any other electrical troubleshooting thoughts? I can't find any info in repair manuals such as Chiltons that will help with detailed electrical diagrams.

sounds like a short to me if it will go up and down when power from other source. Also here is a good site to have when looking at a LT1 F-body. They have tons of wiring and every other type diagram you could want. http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech1.html
