What are PA owners paying for timing belt replacement?

Re: Timing Belt

err.. liek there isin't a timing belt on PA's... its a timing chain and its suposed to last the car's life..

most GM products dont have belts... i for one, prefer it to a chain..although it may snap a belt, when changed at the right intervals, will be ok

why? is you chain making noise or soemthing?

Ok , There is no Timing Belt in GM v6 engines of this nature. You have a timing chain. Unless the chain has slack in it or is noisy then it should be fine. What is making you change this? Also How many miles. If you have about 150K then Changing it isn't a bad idea at all.
