Need a Little Help Please

Hi. I'm thinking about starting a web design business geared mainly toward used car dealerships. I am hoping a few of you can answer some quick questions to help me out:

Do you shop for cars on the internet? I know when I have been looking for a good used car, I try the internet first to see if a dealership has anything I'm interested in before I step on the lot to be bombarded with a string of sales pitches.

Is it frustrating to find the particular dealership you wanted to look at doesn't have a website?

What information do you feel would be most helpful on a dealers website?

If I do this, I was thinking I about grouping the inventory by cars, suvs, trucks, van, etc. Do you think this is the best way?

Any other advice or suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
