non bmw phone
Anyone know if you can use a non BMW bluetooth equipped phone with the X3 (or anyother BMW for that matter?). The manuel suggests that the car has bluetooth and maybe I just need to get the dealer to turn it on? I currently have a TREO 650 and would love to have handsfree driving.

When we had ours (the P.O.S that was bought back by the dealer) my Sony/Ericsson phone with Bluetooth worked fine. However, the bluetooth in the BMW was really dicey, very touchy. So it should work fine, might want to contact your dealer with any technical questions.
