apex afc installation?

I'm thinking about getting one of these for my 91 3kgt SL. Anyone ever use one of these before or know how to set one up?

now why are you considering getting one...this is a typical upgrade for cars with aftermarket turbos and injectors...you have an SL, no turbos... What other mods do you have? I suggest you read the FAQ, specifically the N/A modding guide/'bible'. As there are better mods to start with. However, if this is what you want, then go for it. Let us know if you need more info.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

Thanks for the info. My friend has a 300zx non turbo and he's getting an AFC, he says the car sux too much air in with the new intake so he was going to put more fuel into the mixture. I was thinkng maybe it would work for me too.

Re: apex afc installation?

With new intake it will suck in air easyer, but you car will still be metering the air just fine, so it wont matter. You dont need a AFC on stock injectors.
