NEWBIES...want a Skyline? Look at this.

I know a link to this pic is posted in another thread. But this pic is for all the "KIDS" on here that want a Skyline soooooo bad . This happened in Austrailia. The car hit a pole with 3 people inside at about 200kmh.......that's about 115mph ........yes.....all 3 people that were inside are dead......so for all you kids that want a Skyline to be "cool" and drive around your town all fast .........just remember..........There are people who are professional drivers and then there is YOU ........If you don't get paid to do it.......then you're not good at it. So all I'm saying is be careful ............Destroying a Skyline like this is a crime. ........so do a favor and save the Skylines for people who care .

Re: NEWBIES...want a Skyline? Look at this.

Powerfull thread. Reminds of all the high schools that place a wrecked vehicle in front of the school with a sign displaying, "Don't drink and drive".

Re: NEWBIES...want a Skyline? Look at this.

I too have learned hard lessons. Here's what I have done:

http://blacklinux.com/pages/public/c...yline/crashed/

Be carefull guys. Horsepower and rear wheel drive are no joke.

Thank god nobody got seriously injured in my 2 skyline accidents. That's all that matters to me. I could give a fuck about the car. I don't even care if it was a GT-R. My advice is don't drive fast until you are 21. And that's not even long enough time for some people. I realize now that I have lot more to learn. When you honestly feel like you have a lot to learn, instead of feeling like you're the fucking man and you're invincible... that's when you can actually start to learn. Until then you've just got your head up your ass. it's not your fault, it's just a phase, but realize that that's the phase you're in and try not to fuck it up too bad. :-) Good luck, (hopefully better than mine)

Re: NEWBIES...want a Skyline? Look at this.

Yeah, I don't even drive and I know more than some people about, well, basically driving in general. I mean, I have been in accidents at 20 kph and had whiplash, so yeah.

Some people are just too f*cking stupid to drvie. Maybe, if they concidered trying something a little slower, they'd be alright. But lots of people jump to the big muscle their first car.

Let me ask you something. What exactly do you have to prove? I mean, in all honesty, it's not like you have THAT many rich friends, and even less of them can control a car their daddy bought. So, what is the purpose of this car? To go to school faster? If so, what's wrong with you? I mean, your not actually gonna race someone. so what good does it do?

You're lucky you still have a license out here with 2 accidents.....don't drive fast till you're 21?? How bout'......driving fast doesn't make you cool at all.......so don't do it.......save it for the track. Yes you do have WAY more to learn . I look back on when I was 21 and I think about how freaking retarded I was.......you get smarter every year. I know I still have a lot to learn. That's why some of the best driver's on the street are the old geezers in their muscle cars. Cause they've had the time to learn and probably started with a lower horsepower car and worked up to it. Like some guys that go around a turn and their car slides......they're all like.."whoa, I just drifted" ........so they try to do it faster with their friends in the car......you know....because they have their PRIDE...which is so important ....so they "drift" their car into a wall a kill their friends .......believe me....I have been in many car accident's with my import lover friends....who were "professional drivers" in their minds. There were 2 or 3 that I'm probably lucky to not be dead or messed up forever. Yes, even I feel the need for speed alot of times, but I always curb it.....especially since Japan has all these damn cameras that take pictures of you if you're speeding.............little bastards.......although I hear they are starting to do that in america.

Re: NEWBIES...want a Skyline? Look at this.

I dont speed... Only time I go beating on my car is about 2-4am in vacant parts of town. And Wilmington has a lot of those parts of town. (Its a port city... Lots of empty parking lots where factories used to be)

... So I would take the 240 out, drift the hell out of her... Take her home... Fix her the next day, and still have the Zed to drive as my daily.

I had it for a few months, and it ran like a champ for that time period... After it hit the wall I just scrapped it, it was only a couply hundred bucks, so no big deal.

But I cant stand it when people would pull up next to me on Eastwood Road flashing their hazards, eyeing my, trying to look as hard as possible.

... You know what you do in that situation? You crank up Earth Crisis, and just laugh at them.

... I hate ricers
