what size rims should go on a 1994 civic h/b

i kinda new in the import scene but i got a 1994 civic h/b and i want to put the biggest rims possible with out doing much or none fender cutting?

why do you want big wheels? they just make you slower. i would go w/ some lightwieght 15's or 16's. thats just my opinion, but if ya wanna go big then 17's will fit ok
