Exclamation Stock Keyless Entry Not Working

Hey guys, longtime reader first time thread.
I have a 99' 1500 LT witht he stock keyless entry system. The lock and unlock buttons on the remote do not unlock or lock the doors. Yet the Panic/Alarm button does work. Any Ideas? I was thinking Relays but where would those be. Thanks for the help in advance.

Re: Stock Keyless Entry Not Working

Could be the contacts within the fob. Maybe take apart the keyfob and see if the circuit board beneath the buttons look worn. I agree with busta as well that it could be the battery. Change the battery if still no worky check the inside of the fob.

ALL is well now

It turned out it was the connection in the FOB easy way to test this was to use a paperclip and conect the wires on the board. To clean it i used rubbing alky. It workd wonders now. Ohh and by the way i changed the battery before posting on the forum i am not that dumb.
