Unhappy steering wheel fluid leaks out

i have a 95 ford explorer and i have to add steering wheel fluid constantly.it seems like where i add the fluid is backing up, causing the fluid to leak out.the fluid also bubbles when i turn the steering wheel.and how do i bleed the steering pump?

I think you should look at replacing the steering pump, sounds like it's about to seize up.
