Introduce myself ? And by a reliable source, i.e. me ?
Ok, I’m fond of engine-propulsed things, like cars and bikes. And I play contrabass, yes. So I started with quite normal bassfriendly things like a Corolla Wagon. However, in ’86, I bought a seven ; I put a Celica TC engine in, 1600 cc, 145 hp. Car is 450 kgs, so it goes like hell.
Two years ago, I decided to head for bigger stuff; a 1986 caprice 305 ci engine ( as this seemed to be the best ) , camaro rear axle ( as this seemed to be the strongest ) or didn’t I have any choice at all ??
I had a GRP tub made; I welded a stainless chassis, and trailing-arms, and engine mounts, and … and… and now I’m puzzling everything together …
