Unhappy Oil leak fixed, now runs bad, Montogomery County, MD repair shop?

So I finally got the oil leak fixed with everyone's help. Thank you. I drove the truck home last night and it was running bad. The symptoms are that it idles real fast, has like hardley any power anymore, and when I rev the engine or floor it and the rpm's get high enough I see smoke coming from the exhaust. Don't know the color of the smoke since I was driving at night and the back window is tinted.

This is what I have - s-10 Blazer , 2.8 manual, 4x4

This is what we did to the truck.

Dropped the transmission, replaced the rear main oil seal, the 3 freeze plugs, the gasket under the cover that I believe covers the cam, dropped the oil pan and put in a new seal, put in a new clutch, put it all back together. Also put in a new seal between the gear housing and the transfer case. On top replaced the intake manifold gasket and distributor seal.

My friend did not use a timing light or anything to set it. I'm just thinking that it may need a real good tune up now. Can anyone suggest a place located in or near Montgomery County Maryland to do a tune up. I have tried three different place for car repairs with no luck, have been very disapointed in every one.
