95 spyder rear windows stuck

When attempting to close my top, my windows will not move closed. I can hear the motor attempting to push the windows, but nothing moves. Is there a way to manually crank shut? The top itself closes smoothly, but then nothing. Any suggestions?

Re: 95 spyder rear windows stuck

Aha!

I JUST got my car from the body shop today (95 spyder) after over 6 MONTHS in limbo. My top is shot (I'm saying from the wreck. It doesn't work now. It worked before it was hit. It worked while in the shop. Now, it doesn't work. Ugh!)

One neat thing they found is that if you put the top to manual mode, open the hatch, there are two latches that hold the hatch down. There's a small piece of spring steel next to those clips. It's an actuator/relay/other technical word I don't understand. BUT, it controls the side quarter windows. I watched them do mine. My car was hit driver's side door/quarter panel.

Hope that helps!
