Any1 know how the surv. mode on the 9c1 and 9c3 work? I want to get rid of my DRL als, any1 got some tips?

Surv. Mode does more than just disable DRL's, it disables all interior and exterior lights except for the brake lights (for some odd reason it disables the reverse lights when the lights are not on?)

As for how it works... I am not much help , some people say theres a fuse. If you dig through the forums a little this topic was brought up before, there may be an answer there.

You will find the surv. mode switch in police impalas. It runs to the BCM. It uses a relay to shut the lights mentioned in the above post off.
