can you just put a muffler tips on your car without cutting off the muffler can i mean something that just fits on the stock pipe

yes i think the muffler tips just slide over the stock tip.

why would you want to do that? it would just be a waste of money! Save up the cash, get a quality cat-back, and be much happier that just having a piece of chrome on the tip of your exhaust that adds more weight, so in reality slows you down!
