was it a V6 or a V8? If it was the V8 was it a 4.6 or a 5.4? They're not fast either way but if I were driving a F150 i don't think i'd WANT to go over 100mph. Whatever... nice kill i guess.

Beware some trucks, the Tundra's are pretty quick, I allmost lost to a V8 Tundra which I found out later runs high 15's I believe. My car runs about a 16 flat so I think it was me getting a better launch that decided that victory. I wouldn't race a Lightning, Syclone, or 5.9 Dakota though, they're wicked fast, and as far as SUV's go don't mess with the 5.9 Jeep Grand Cherokee's or the GMC Typhoon, they can embarass a lot of imports.

They may have twice the cylinders but they also have twice the weight to haul around. SUV's are generally designed to carry people and cargo, tow a jet-ski, shit like that. They're not designed (generally) to be "sporty", so when a "sporty" car gets beat by an SUV or truck it's kind of embarassing. The GMC Typhoon/Syclone and the Ford Lightning really don't have any business calling themselves trucks/SUV's being that they have virtually no utillity other than going fast in a straight line, no real payload or towing capacity but they're fast as shit.

Civic Si or Integra GSR

Ok, I'm having alittle problem about chosing my next car. I've been hearing so much about the Civic Si and I know that it runs mid 15's. What does an Integra GSR run? Well my question is should I get a civic si or an integra gsr?

A GSR runs mid to low 15's, the older body style with the 1.7 liter ran high 15's. They're pretty quick stock and take well to modifications.

i saw 2 dakota r/t's at the dragstrip 2 weekends ago. i thought they were supposed to be fast??? i wasnt impressed at all. maybe it was just the drivers of the 2? they were both running mid 13's (track is only 1000ft long, thats about a mid-high 15 in the 1/4) while i was hitting 13.1s when i still couldnt get a good run in. everybody always told me id get whooped by an r/t but now i wanna race one

dakota r/ts have a rating of 250hp. thats not so much when it comes to a "muscle pickup truck". they run high 15s stock

a trailblazer is pretty quick for an SUV i think it is also a high 15 second vehicle
