Can Rotors be Turned??

Had the Toyota folks do a complete brake job on my wife's 2001 about a year ago. I drove it right after and felt the shake from warped rotors. Didn't have that shake before they did brake job. Well....I didn't take it back like I should have.

Anyway - Its been almost a year and since I don't drive it I forgot till I drove the car this weekend. Been so long the dealer would laugh at me so that is not an option. I was wondering if these rotors could be turned or are these the throw away type?

I have a 96 Avalon and the rotors have been turned twice. They are supposedly very thick and I might even get a third turn I am told. Definitely give it a shot before buying lesser quality rotors.
