Re: Catback Question

I stand corrected. The cat will not be replaced with a "cat-back" exhaust. It replaces all the pipes from the cat to the muffler. Try www.performance-cafe.com

Re: Catback Question

Incorrect...a catback by definition is from the cat...back. Meaning your cat stays intact. You can opt to replace it with a highflow cat or testpipe. But catbacks don't replace it.
If you are having trouble finding one, go to your local muffler/exhaust shop and ask them to build a custom one for you. You will have to find a muffler and bring that with you, but they can build and mount one for you for $200 or less.

Re: Catback Question

catback = it replaces everything behind the cat, your still left with your cat, downpipe, "headers" or whatever and etc.

dont know what they call em in NA cars, in turbo'ed cars, they also have turboback systems. (you can probably figure out what that means)
