Need help with 98 Z34

I need to replace the upper plastic plenum on my daughters 1998 Z34 Monte Carlo. Is there anything that would make it hard for me with the high pressure of the fuel injection or getting the throttle body back and set properly.I don't have the car here to look at it closely to see what I'm getting into and having never worked on new electronically controlled cars,I just wanted to make sure before I get it towed back from the dealer.

Re: Need help with 98 Z34

you shouldn't have a problem. If you can take it apart, you can put it back together. As far as the high-pressure part, just relieve the fuel pressure before you take it apart. This can be done 2 ways: Pull the wires from the fuel pump on the gas tank, run the engine until it stalls and crank it a few seconds. OR - simply pull the fuel pump relay and do the same thing.
