Re: Need Interior 93-97 Altima Door Panels!

When I sand do I take of the vinyl covering or do I sand that. A friend once tried to explain but I lost contact, and I am lost now.
He said something about wet sanding, but when I tried a small section started to rip up. Did I sand too much?
