2003 Neon speedometer
The tacometer, speedometer, and the temperature gauges all crapped out on me today. But the gas gauge still works. Tried the off-on-off-on-off-on sequence to get the OBD2 codes but the only thing that happened was the mileage came up, then after five seconds it brought up the message n0 buS, and the air bag light, oil light, battery light, and the red round light just above it all pop on.

im not that familiar with the 2003 speedo is it digital?
on my 95, which is analog, the connectors where the speedo unit plug into the dash, fracture the solder joints where the connectors meet the Printed circuit board. I just pulled the whole speedo unit and resoldered the connections and problem solved. your might be different though. try bumping the dash cluster and see if things change that would indicate a bad solder connection
