1998 Ford f-150 stx hp help
My friend has a 1998 Ford f-150 stx. It is a v6 4.2L. He wants to know what he can do to get some hp and where can he get it? Already has a k&n Jet filter.

Ditch the K&N, all it does is screw up the MAF sensor.
Go to www.superchipscustom.com and get a real tune for that truck. Aside from that, cam ported heads and decent exhaust will all help even more.
