1994 cavalier/sunbird le 3.1 won't crank

I did not see a forum for sunbird le,
I am guessing the Cavalier is simillar?
car stopped wont crank, guages go erratic when key on, I hear a slight buzz and click , in time with the guages.
I charged the battery then removed the positive battery terminal in hopes of resetting the computer.... no go ?
any help appreciated.

check timing - for spark- distibutor an ect....

what have u done ? we need to know what u have tryed an about it .. did u swap it or did u have any work done on it recently?
