2000 Ford Taurus Windshield Wipers

hello There,

I have a problem that my inside lights, Windshield wiper & door locks & windows will no longer work. This shortly happened after I used my Winshield wipers to clean off my windows. I checked the fuses. Everything came back on briefly & then went out again. I checked the engine compartment & saw that the windshield wiper fluid line had broken. Is it possable that leaked fluid has caused a short or possable that one of the main fuses has gone out? Any help is greatly thanked.
