Squeeling while turning

Does anyone know the cause of my yukon tires squeeling when i make turns on dry pavements. These are slow turns and the tire pressure is correct. Does this happen to anyone else?

My 03 did that with those POS Firestone Wilderness LE's. Put on a set of Michelin Cross Terains,, problem solved,, but a pricey fix $650 for the set.
