Svt

I have been thinking about buying a focus and i was just wondering which model to buy. I am thinking about getting a ZX3 SVT but i dont know. Is there any reason not to buy a SVT. Do they make more parts for the SVT than the other models.

Re: Svt

Actually, I've seen more parts avaliable for the ZX3, then for the SVT. Both cars are great out of the box, thought the SVT obviously has more power and handles better; I've seen some ZX3's really tuned to perfection, to the point were they just smoke SVT's. It's all up to you and how much you want to invest, and where you want to invest it.

Re: Svt

I have a 2003 SVT and its a fun little car im tellin ya but they do have more parts for the regular ZX3 than the SVT. so if your looking to make mods and such to it i would go with the ZX3 even though your going to have some trouble with it until you start modding it

Re: Svt

One thing I noticed about Jackson Racing Superchargers is that their set up for the ZX3 gives more power than the SVT set up. I wonder why? the SVT is so much fun to drive!

It probably has something to do with the Dual Length Intake runners on the SVT engine. Depending on what RPM you're at, the intake runners change length. Longer at low RPM for better torque, and shorter at High RPM for increased horsepower.

Re: Svt
