Cool Finished 49 Mercury

Here are some pictures of my finished 49 mercury.

Color is Testors Black Pearl, Zebra upholstery decals and photoetched windows cranks, Pegasus Hella Rims with Tamiya Michelin Tires (New Beetle, EVO 7) and detailed engine.

Enjoy

Definitely looking good. I love the wheels, the stance, and the paint. It just looks too good.

It also reminds me of that classic Merc that was in that Sly Stallone movie Cobra.

Kinda lame movie, but cool cool car.

Re: Finished 49 Mercury

i have a queston, what scale is that tire in the trunk? to me it looks way big for that car. Bigger than the original you get with the kit.
