when i turn my air con on the compressor makes a filthy ticking noise constantly.
can it be low on oil? |

Is the ticking noise inside the car (coming from the dash area) or coming from under the hood from the compressor? I've seen a lot of Skylines fan at the heater core that get bent or usually loose and start smacking the housing when they are on.

Did you add gas????? Sometimes if you add gas and overpressurize it......it will tick........that is bad.

yes.. it just got re-gased
when it was low on gas it still made a slight noise. |
