Question my 89 probe is having battery probs, help?!

My car is dead. I thaught maybe it was a bad battery so i had it jumped and got it looked at, they told me my battery was good. I went and had my alternator looked at right after and i was told it was good. When i get my car jumped it works all day but by the time i get up in the morning it is dead again. i have cleaned off the clamps and tightend them, what else could it be?

the switch in mine broke off and the light stayed on. I was scratching my head for a few days. do you have a power antenna and does it still work?
somtimes the power antenna malfunctions and will run when the car is off, draining your battery.

Talking

I finally figured out what went wrong. apparently my radio memory was draining up to nine volts of my battery as soon as i turned off my car. how weird was that?! i just took my radio fuse out and the problem is solved. All i have to do now is replace the radio with a new one and it will be fine. I would have never guessed that was the problem. I went out and baught a new batt, fuses, and clamps before i took it and got it looked at by a pro. I am glad it finally works.

mine is having the same problem, but it all started when i removed the front bumper to get it replaced, could there be a sensor or wire that i damaged and is it draining the battery?

i dont know... your bumper shouldnt have anything to do with the connection...I really know very little about cars, i had to go through and replace my battery connections, and replace fuses-that still didnt work. i took it somewhere and had someone trace the electrical problem.

you may have a bad ground somewhere from your battery have your lights been dim or anything has your car had any type of symptems when it was on? Cause what would happen is why its on the altenator is obviously recharging the battery so it will probably work fine but when you turn the car off the altenator stops working so a bad ground would cause it to lose power and lose it relatively fast.
