I was wondering if anyone had any advice or info on an '87 200SX SE. It is a V6 and RWD. The car I'm looking at is a manual and has very little body damage. I don't know the mileage yet, but the guy is asking $2500 for it. Is this reasonable or not?

Re: '87 200sx?
I offered $900 for the car, and he counter-offered with $1000. (He lowered the price from $2500 to $1500 to begin with.) I think I'm gonna get it. It needs a little work, but I think it has some potential.

Re: '87 200sx?
It'll be way better than my 1990 Chevy Cavalier that I'm driving right now! (first car of course!)

defintely!
plus it will give you something to do... no offense but fixing up a cavalier isn't really worth it... atleast with a 200sx u could do some performance mods to it and be halfway competitive/handle nice |

Re: '87 200sx?
I don't plan on doing any work to the Chevy. I'ts running alright, but that's about it. I did end up getting the 200SX for $1000. It's in fairly good shape but it needs some work. I would much rather put money and work into the Nissan than into the Chevy.
