The Tibby is wrecked..somewhat

Well my Tib is pretty much undriveable, due to my stupidity. I was making a left hand turn on a local street and I dont know what happened but I ended up hitting the back of a pretty big truck that was parked on the street (taking half of the small street btw, but still my fault). The car slammed and at first I thought it was just some body damage but then I realized I couldnt really drive as I was getting into a parking spot. I called my friend up and when he saw it all he did was shake his head. I couldnt look at it at first, but then when I did, it was pretty bad. My tire was flat and curved out, my whole passenger door was scraped and dented badly as well as the front bumper. Estimate came in to be $5495. Mechanical parts so far were: lower control arm, strut absorber, wheel hub, tire and rim. So far. Body damage is bad. Dont know if I bent the frame or not, insurance hasnt taken a look yet. Pictures will be up soon. Yup my stupidity, I drive fast on the highways and luckily get off easy but when I drive slow, psh. Lesson learned.

what year is it? if it's an 00-01 just buy another... it'll cost you like 1k more but it will be better off than getting it fixed.

Its a 2001..it has only 41k on it but its been giving me a lot of trouble in the three months Ive had it. I agree with getting another though..I dont think fixing it is worth it.

Well at least its running now, all I need is the axle and a tire and a wheel alignment..well with the wheel alignment we will see if the frame is bent or not. I took pics of the internal damage but Im at work now so cant exactly post them yet heh. Ill update again as soon as I can.

Quick edit: Here are the suspension damage pics:

Its ironic, but as I am watching the pics I have Elton John in the background playing "Don't go breaking my heart"

BTW the last pic was too dark, can't tell what damage is showing. Either way, it does break my heart seeing that.
