Re: ecu fuse blows

if u made a "mod" right before u had a problem, undo the "mod". usually when u get a problem after doing somthing, it was that something that causes it. on a side note, u could have a short. have fun w/ that. there are about 100 wires, no joke, that could cause a short thru the ECU. mostlikely would be grounding wires. check for broken, tight, rubbing, or frayed wires. just curious, how did u adjust u'r idle?

Well i did a zc swap so ecu and harness is new...like 2 weeks ago

And it didnt start till i tryed to ajust and i set it to low... by the screw on the trottle cable..

I check the fuse and it was blown. I changed it and the check light went off and my car start, then it was acting like it wasnt get enough fuel so it kind of died. Checked the fuse and it was blown again

HELP

Re: ecu fuse blows

thats a pretty big mod leaving many options for the actual cause of the problem. mostlikely there is a short, crossed wire, or broken plug somewhere. that's gonna be a nightmare trouble shooting.
wut do u mean by "new"? brand spankin new from the dealer? even if so, it could still be a damaged ecu. it does happen. unfortunately there r sum people workin in the parts department, and they r there for a reason, that will just thro a returned non-functioning ecu back on the shelf to be resold. one way to find out if it's the ecu itself; bust out the wiring diagram and go thru testing the resistance on all the circiuts and check u'r findings against the specs and that'll find u'r bad circuit. then follow the wires and see if they r the cause, if not and the sensors on the bad circuit r primo, then time to exchange the ecu.

Re: ecu fuse blows

yeah there's ur problem, wrong ECU. throw in the PM7 (JDM ZC ECU), or the PG7 (88-89 Integra ECU for D16A1). the PR4 is for the B18 and u'r running a D16.
