95 Eagle Talon ESI high beam turns off my radio

my talon just recently started misbehaiving. I wired a fuzz buster to my radio's little red ignition wire so it turned on every time i turn on the vehicles ignition. Not right away, but eventually the radio's little fuse under the hood began to blow quite frequently. i put in larger fuses but still blew. now a burned plastic/electrical smoke arose from the radio console area and i stopped it by turning off the car. the fuse was blown again but i replaced it and then all the sudden when i flicked my high beams on it would turn my radio off and my cruise control does not function any more.
