97 neon dohc problem!!
i have a 97 dohc neon and it will not start it acts like its out of time but its not and it keeps losing spark and getting spark over and over, it wont start ive replaced the valves and put a mls headgasket on and it still wont start any help on that would be good....thanx.

You need to check if your getting spark.
If not check the wiring at the coil VERY Closely. If you are check your fuel supply. on the injector manifold. unscrew the valve stem and put a hose from the manifold into a empty container that gas wont melt. turn the ignition key on. the fuel pump will kick on for a second or two to try to build pressure then cycle off .if the pump is supplying enough fuel the container should have about 1/2 cup or so of fuel. If you don't get much or none then you may have a problem with the fuel pump relay or fuel pump.

i got a 96 neon iam about to boost but i need to know were to get the oil line for the turbo. Thats my question so if any body knows let me know asap.

I don't know where you get the line.
But you can get oil by making an adapter that screws into where the oil pressure switch is. Which is under the exhaust manifold. Using a "T" one end into the block another to the turbo and the other to the pressure switch.
