sentra se-r vs se-r spec v

just wondering what the difference is between the standard sentra se-r and the spec v model? can the standard model be easily brought up to spec v specifications?

hell i didnt know there was a difference. now older ser's that a hole different story, im curious to find out my self if there is a dif so ill be doing some research myself
