ford f-150 questions

ok i was looking at www.seanhylandmotorsports.com and places like that but i have a question. is the 1997 ford f-150 4.6l engine the same one as the mustang 4.6L? can you put lik performance parts from a mustang 4.6 to a truck? thanks guys

the fuel injection system is not the same but you can find some things that will work. you could swap the whole thing like the intake, computer and everthing els. the trucks are made for toque low rpm were the musclestang is made for high rpm hosepower.

so like if i buy a block and ported heads from shean hyland the it will fit in the truck? no swaping the mounts? and buy a mustang intake and stuf like that any one else has suggestion?
