'92 - 5 spd problems

My wife was driving her 92 conv. 5 spd down the turnpike last week, 75 mph, when the tranny popped out of 5th gear. Did it again early this week. We replaced the clutch several months ago and have had no problems until last week. Any ideas?

sounds like either your tranny is wearing out or possibly the pilot bearing in flywheel is bad, it can cause it to pop out of gear

Thanks for responding. We changed the pilot bearing last year when we swapped motors. Hopefully it's not the tranny. Hate to pull it again.
