civic idle (NEED HELP)

I was tryed to ajust the idle with the idle screw on the throttle body
and i guess i ajusted it to low and the car died. then when trying to start it it wouldnt start and by check engine light is on. I only had this engine 4 bout 2 weeks. its a dohc zc in my 91 civic....

OH ya i allready tryed to put it back to normall, and didnt work...

Help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know nonthin about engines... I dnt know, how would i check it?

if you want to reset it and see if it goes away, pull the hazard fues locaed in the fuse box in the engine bay for 10 seconds, that resets yoru ecu. try and run it and see if you get the CEL

I did doesnt work.... And its like it mess with the fuel or fire system. Maybe fuel, because my dist and plugs and wires are new...
And i dnt hear my fuel pump come on either..
