Probe sensor/fuse question.

Is there any sensor or fuse in the standard 93 PGT that would cause my engine to rev really high in gear? My engine will run at 5500 rpm when I'm only going like 120 km/h. (bout 70 Mph)

the only sensor I know of that would cause that type of reaction would be your mass airflow sensor but normally if it is burnt out your car wouldnt go at all it would just rev some then die...It is a possibility that it is just in the beginning stages of giving out though.
