soild red light

ecu is throwing a solid red light i think that its code zero which is faulity ECU .....when i start it up it will run fine then when i take it to like 3 grand the check engine light turns on and the ecu light turns on and the motor will cut out at 3 grand i can drive it with the light on but i can rev past 3 grand it looses ALL power

you just think i should try and find a new computer or is there something i can check to fix the problem

i have tried to reset the ecu about 4 times and still the same problem

Anyone have an idea??

thanks for the help

Re: soild red light

check your grounds. had something similiar happen after we did a swap. it turned out to be a loose ground. if you check and all seems good then i would check the ecu.

Re: soild red light

Its located behind the drivers side kick panel. The location and how to test it are both in helms

This does not sound like a main relay problem.
