fans not working...(urgent!!!!)

i have a 1st generation eclipse. my engine cooling fans does not work. bot fans work when i turn on the ac. all my fuses seem to be in good shape. i am stumped on this one.....if anybody can help. PLEASE!!! and thankyou

fan

most cars with electric fans have a temperature activated
switch that activates the fan when the engine reaches
a certain temperature, but do not run until then.
if your fan does not come on no matter how hot your
engine gets, i would suspect that switch.
