Unhappy no LO Beams

help please ... ok my lo beams went out but the bulbs r not bad i could smell like burning wire then no lo beams i checked the fuses and they where fine i cant see any burnt wires ...even my fog dont work now and when i have hi-beams on the left one is very dim..like its not working at all...where can this problem be at? if you know please help.

You could have a bad LOM (Lights On Module).
On the 97' the module is located next to the radio
behind the dash.
