2.2 rodeo taking a while to start

My rodeo 2wd (2000) recently started taking a whle to turn on as if there is no fuel to it. I had the fuel sending unit replaced (bad gauge), then I got a check engine light and according to autozone it was the camshaft position sensor so replaced it. Car still takes a while to start if I move the ignition switch to on and back off a couple of times it will start right away like it used to. Any ideeas on where to start checking? Thx
