difference between series 1 & 2

Whats the difference between the series one and two discoveries?? Im looking at buying a supposedly series two, but it looks like my present series one. Is the guy mistaken about it being a 2??

The newer disco's are really disco II's but they don't feel like calling them that. Headlights , taillights, and center diff locks are the only thing changed.
