I have a 1994 1500 longbed ram 5.2 liter engine 2wd. It runs good but my mechanic said its missing. Any ideas or suggestions what i should check ?

The truck is gone or the engine is "missing"? I read this a couple of times and I don't know whether you mean the truck was stolen or if the engine has a miss...
I don't have any ideas as to where you could check if the truck is gone. Did you owe anyone a lot of money?

dirty injectors or clogged injectors ?

Went to Pepboys tonight and they cleaned the fuel injectors by using this can on the fuel rail. I notice the back tires tend to drift when turning corners fast now. I guess its got better acceleration now but it still sounds like its missing. I get about 17 miles to the gallon.

I agree with what Bleed said about the wire routing. If it's off and not stock routing, you'll lose the tiniest bit of time on ignition and it'll be off/miss by just that much.
