help!!! having a electrical problem!!

i have a 97 sebring lx coupe 2.0 dohc 5spd. i seem to be having an electrical problem when i surn on my high beams or step on the brake my radio shuts off and comes back on real quick. also i noticed when i tried to give my boy a jump start when he tried starting his car it seemed to draw all my power from my car and make it stall out. i dont now what it is but it really sux so if any one has any info on this problem or can help me please respond or email me @ [email protected]
