4th time to dealer to try and fix same steering problem

Hi,



If I take my 04 Malibu Maxx LT to another dealer to have them try and fix my alignment problem since my current dealer cannot fix it, will that affect the lemon law since here in WI it states you have to have them try and fix it in 4 tries? Does 4 tries have to be at the same dealer or does it matter which Chevy dealership tries to fix it?
